After 17 years of pouring a
tremendous amount of time and treasure into remodeling our home my husband and
I decided it was time to downsize. We were very concerned that we would lose money
on our home due to the fact that it was completely remodeled and upgraded, but
the homes that had previously sold in our neighborhood were not. The most
anyone had sold their home for in the neighborhood was $363,000. Thanks to Tom

Tom Kelly has been extremely helpful to us. We
purchased our new home on a short sale transaction. I am confident we wouldn't
